Surroundings

The house is located on the Costa Blanca, the part of Spain with the most stable and warmest weather in the Mediterranean.

Beaches
There are many sandy beaches in the area, separated by stone cliffs. The nearest beaches are Playa Flamenca (there is a section reserved for nudists - FKK), Playa de la Zenia, Playa Cala La Mosca, Cabo Roig, Cala de Campoamor, Playa del Campo, or Playa de Mil Palmeras, but also many others...

Golf
There are several golf courses in close proximity, such as Villamartín Golf, Campoamor Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, or even Golf Las Colinas, but even mini golf is just a few metres from the house.

Restaurants and cafés
The local popular restaurants are only about 250 meters away: La Familia, The Abbey Tavern, or Costa Rock Café, everyone can choose according to their taste. The menu includes very popular dishes... Paella, pizza, ribs, various burgers, fish, etc.

Shopping and entertainment centre
The largest open-air shopping centre on the Costa Blanca, Zenia Boulevard, which is also an entertainment centre, is only 1,200m away. It has everything... shops, restaurants, cafes, ice cream stalls, waffles, pancakes, a playground and jungle gym, fun water fountains gushing out of the ground until 11pm, a stage where there's a show for the kids every day in season, a giant screen with sports for the adults.

Trips
Thanks to the location of the house, you have a unique opportunity to explore many interesting places in the surrounding area. You can visit the salt lakes in Torrevieja, go hiking in the Sierra de Escalona, or explore the historic cities of Orihuela and Murcia. Many interesting places are within easy reach. Definitely worth a visit are the Pink Lake, Mundomar Zoo, Aqualandia Water Park, the waterfalls of Les Fonts d’Algar, the Mar Menor, the island of Tabarca, the mud baths of Las Charcas, and many more.
