For stays of more than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental contract (In accordance with Law 29/1994, of November 24, LAU, Article 3, and Royal Decree 1312/2024, of December 23)
The price quoted is for the entire house, including unlimited access to the pool and parking space.
Maximum occupancy 4 persons + 1 child in a portable cot. Cot available free of charge on request.
Check-in from 3.00 pm, by prior arrangement with the representative who will check you in on arrival.
Check-out by 10.00, as agreed with the representative on site.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the entire property.
No parties or events of any kind are allowed in the property.
In case of loss or damage to keys/remote controls, a fee of 100 €/set will be charged.
A aditional cleaning fee of 50€ will be charged i case of excessive soiling.
