Where is Costa Blanca Holiday located?
Our holiday home is located in Playa Flamenca, Orihuela Costa, on the southern Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante, Spain. The property is part of the gated Jumilla III residential complex, with Mediterranean gardens, a communal swimming pool and private parking.
How far is the holiday home from the beach?
The sea and sandy beaches are approximately 1.2–1.6 km from the property. There are several popular beaches nearby, including Playa Flamenca, Cala La Mosca and La Zenia Beach, giving you plenty of choice during your Costa Blanca holiday.
How many guests can stay at the property?
The holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests plus one baby in a travel cot. It is suitable for couples, families with children, friends and golfers looking for a private holiday rental on the Costa Blanca.
How many bedrooms and bathrooms are there?
The property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a 180 × 200 cm double bed and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has two 90 × 200 cm single beds. There is also a second bathroom with a bath, washbasin and toilet.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes. Guests have access to a large communal swimming pool and a separate children's pool within the gated Jumilla III complex. Use of the swimming pool is included in the price of your stay.
Does the holiday home have air conditioning and Wi-Fi?
Yes. The property has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, making it suitable for both summer holidays and longer stays on the Costa Blanca.
Is there a fully equipped kitchen?
Yes. The holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and other equipment for preparing meals during your stay.
Does the property have a terrace or outdoor space?
Yes. The property has 4 private terraces, including a rooftop solarium. Outdoor seating, sun loungers, shade and barbecue facilities provide plenty of space for breakfast outside, sunbathing or relaxing in the evening.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free private parking is available within the gated Jumilla III complex and is included in your stay.
Is the holiday home suitable for families with children?
Yes. The property is a good choice for a family holiday on the Costa Blanca. The residential complex has a large swimming pool and a separate children's pool. A travel cot for a baby can also be provided on request free of charge.
How close are restaurants and shops?
Restaurants and cafés can be found approximately 300 metres from the property, with a small shop around 350 metres away. A larger supermarket is approximately 1.3 km away. Playa Flamenca and nearby La Zenia also offer a wide choice of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops.
How far is Zenia Boulevard?
The popular Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is approximately 1.5 km from the holiday home. It offers a large selection of shops, restaurants, cafés and entertainment.
Is Orihuela Costa good for a golf holiday?
Yes. Orihuela Costa is a popular golf destination on the Costa Blanca, with several golf courses in the surrounding area. The mild climate makes it possible to combine golf with a stay by the Mediterranean for much of the year.
Can I book a longer stay or a winter stay?
Yes. Longer stays are available, particularly outside the main summer season. Playa Flamenca and Orihuela Costa are popular with visitors looking for winter sun on the Costa Blanca. Please contact us for availability and prices for longer stays.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm by prior arrangement and check-out is by 10:00 am. Full arrival information will be provided before your stay.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted at the property.
Is smoking allowed inside the holiday home?
No. The property is non-smoking, and smoking is not permitted inside the house.
Are parties or events allowed?
No. Parties and noisy events are not permitted. The property is intended for guests looking for a relaxing holiday in a residential environment.
How much does a Costa Blanca holiday rental cost?
Prices depend on the dates and season and are charged for the entire holiday home rather than per person. Use of the communal swimming pool and parking is included. Please check our current price list and availability calendar for your preferred dates.
Is there a security deposit and a final cleaning charge?
Yes. A refundable €200 security deposit is payable for your stay. There is also a one-off €80 final cleaning charge. Please check the current booking conditions before confirming your reservation.
How far is the holiday home from Alicante and Murcia airports?
Costa Blanca Holiday in Playa Flamenca is approximately 50 km from Alicante-Elche Airport (ALC) and around 55 km from Región de Murcia International Airport (RMU). The journey by car usually takes around 30–50 minutes, depending on traffic.
Can you arrange airport transfers?
Yes. Airport transfers to or from Alicante or Murcia Airport can be arranged. Car hire with collection and return at Alicante Airport can also be organised.
