Staying at our holiday home in Playa Flamenca, Orihuela Costa? Here you will find practical information about arrival, collecting the keys, payments on arrival and the rules of the Jumilla III residential complex.

Arrival and check-in

Before you travel

After you book, we will send you the payment details. Once your stay has been paid for, you will receive detailed arrival instructions approximately one week before your arrival.

Around two days before you arrive, our local property manager, Dana, who speaks Czech and Spanish , will contact you to arrange the handover. If you need an airport transfer, discuss availability and the price with her in advance.
 
 

On arrival

Dana will welcome you, hand over the keys and explain the house facilities and the rules of the complex.

You will pay a €200 refundable security deposit in cash and receive a receipt. Please also have cash available for the final cleaning charge.
 
 

On departure

Please check out by 10:00 AM, unless you have agreed a different time in advance.

The deposit will be returned after the house has been checked, provided the conditions for its return have been met. Full details about the deposit, damage and payments are set out in our accommodation and cancellation terms.
 
 
 

Security deposit and final cleaning

The refundable security deposit is €200, payable in cash on arrival. It provides security against potential damage in accordance with the accommodation terms.
 
The final cleaning charge is €80, payable separately in cash at the property. Regular cleaning during your stay is not included.
 
Please therefore allow €280 in cash for the deposit and cleaning, of which the €200 deposit is refundable subject to the accommodation terms.
 
 
 

The house and private terraces

Costa Blanca Holiday is located within the gated Jumilla III residential complex. The house has its own enclosed outdoor area and four private terraces, including a roof terrace with sun loungers.

Inside, you will find:

• A living room connected to an equipped kitchen.
• A double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
• A second bedroom with two single beds.
• A second bathroom with a bath.
• A utility room.

The house accommodates 4 guests plus a child in a travel cot. A travel cot is available free of charge on request; please ask before arrival.

Comfort and connectivity

• Wi-Fi and a Smart TV.
• Air conditioning in the living room.
• Ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
• A hairdryer and a basic first-aid kit.

 
Kitchen and household facilities

• Fridge-freezer, hob, oven and microwave.
• Dishwasher, cookware and tableware.
• Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.
• Sandwich toaster, toaster and blenders.
• Washing machine and drying rack.
• Iron, ironing board and basic cleaning equipment.

 
Terraces and beach equipment

• Outdoor gas barbecue.
• Sun loungers on the roof terrace; please do not move them.
• Beach towels.
• Portable cool box with ice packs.
• Plastic plates and cups.

Bed linen, towels and basic toiletries and cleaning supplies are also provided. Please bring your own regular medication.
 
 
 

Parking and travelling from the airport

One parking space inside the complex is available for your stay.

A hire car can be useful for exploring nearby beaches, taking day trips and shopping. You can find information about car hire and collection at Alicante Airport on our website.

Park only in designated spaces and keep roads and access to the houses clear. The speed limit within the complex is 5 km/h. Motorhomes, caravans and goods vehicles are not permitted to enter.
 
 
 

Shared swimming pool and paddling pool

The swimming pool and children’s paddling pool are shared with other residents and guests. The pool is not exclusively for our holiday home.

Opening hours are 08:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Follow the rules displayed at the complex, including the following:

• Shower before entering the pool.
• Children under 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Do not jump into the water or play games that disturb others.
• Inflatable loungers and toys are not permitted; approved swimming aids for non-swimmers are an exception.
• Do not bring glassware or food into the pool area.
• Do not play loud music.
• Do not leave towels or other belongings in communal areas overnight.

A defibrillator is located near the pool.
 
 
 

House and complex rules

Our house is part of a residential community where people also live throughout the year. Please respect our neighbours and the shared spaces.

 
Quiet hours and security

• Observe quiet hours, especially between 00:00 and 07:00.
• Do not smoke inside the house or hold parties or noisy gatherings.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Keep pedestrian gates and vehicle gates closed.
• Close the windows and lock the doors when going out.
• Please remove your shoes when entering the house.

 
Keeping the complex tidy

• Dry laundry on the roof terrace, not over the railings.
• Put rubbish in securely tied bags and use the designated bins by the main entrance on Calle Victoria.
• Use the barbecue only within the house’s private outdoor area, never by the pool or in other communal areas.
• Respect the gardens and do not feed stray animals.
• Use water responsibly and keep the surroundings tidy.

Can I arrive before 15:00 or leave after 10:00?

Only by prior arrangement with the property manager. Alternative times cannot be guaranteed.

 

Do I need cash on arrival?

Yes. Please bring €200 for the refundable deposit and €80 for final cleaning.

 
 
Do I need to bring towels and bed linen?

No. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided.

 
 
Is there air conditioning in the bedrooms?

Air conditioning is in the living room. The bedrooms have ceiling fans.

 
 
Is the pool private?

No. The swimming pool and paddling pool are shared by residents and guests of Jumilla III.
