Everything You Need to Know Before Your Stay
Where is the holiday home located?
The holiday home is located in Playa Flamenca, Orihuela Costa, on the southern Costa Blanca in Spain, within the gated Jumilla III residential complex. Beaches, restaurants, cafés, shops and everyday amenities are all within easy reach.
How many guests can stay at the holiday home?
The property accommodates up to 4 guests plus one baby in a travel cot. There are two bedrooms: one with a 180 × 200 cm double bed and another with two 90 × 200 cm single beds. A travel cot can be provided free of charge on request.
Does the holiday home have a swimming pool?
Guests have access to a large communal swimming pool and a separate children's pool within the gated Jumilla III complex. The pool is surrounded by well-maintained Mediterranean gardens and is for residents and their guests.
How far is the nearest beach?
The nearest beach is approximately 1.2 km from the holiday home. Playa Flamenca is around 1.4 km away and Playa de La Zenia approximately 1.6 km away. There are also many other beaches and coves along Orihuela Costa.
Is free parking available?
Yes. Your stay includes one free parking space within the gated Jumilla III residential complex.
Does the holiday home have Wi-Fi and air conditioning?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The living room is air-conditioned, while both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge and freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, blenders, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. Basic essentials such as coffee, tea and salt are also provided.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes. Bed linen, bathroom towels and beach towels are provided. The house also includes basic toiletries, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine and clothes drying rack.
Does the property have private outdoor space?
Yes. The holiday home has 4 private terraces, including a rooftop terrace. Outdoor seating, sun loungers, shade and a gas barbecue are available, giving you plenty of space to relax outdoors.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Arrival and departure are arranged in advance with the local property representative.
Are pets, smoking or parties allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted, smoking is not allowed inside the property, and parties or noisy events are prohibited. Guests are also expected to respect the rules of the Jumilla III residential community.
What shops, restaurants and attractions are nearby?
The nearest restaurants and cafés are approximately 300 metres away, with a small convenience store around 350 metres from the house. Consum supermarket is approximately 1.3 km away and Zenia Boulevard shopping and leisure centre is around 1.5 km away. Playa Flamenca and the wider Orihuela Costa area also offer numerous beaches, restaurants, shops and golf courses.
