Is the price per person or for the entire holiday home?

The listed price is for the entire Costa Blanca Holiday home, not per person. The maximum occupancy is 4 guests + 1 child in a travel cot.
 
 

What is included in the accommodation price?

The rental price includes the entire holiday home, unlimited access to the swimming pool and a parking space. A travel cot for a baby is available free of charge on request.
 
 

How much does the final cleaning cost?

The final cleaning fee is €80 per stay and is payable once in cash on site.
 
 

Is a refundable security deposit required?

Yes. A refundable security deposit of €200 per stay is payable in cash on arrival.
 
 

Does the accommodation price vary depending on the dates?

Yes. The nightly rate varies depending on the season and time of year. You can find the current rates for individual months in the price list above.
 
 

Do you offer special rates for long-term stays?
