For stays of more than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental contract (In accordance with Law 29/1994, of November 24, LAU, Article 3, and Royal Decree 1312/2024, of December 23)
The price quoted is for the entire house, including unlimited access to the pool and parking space.
Maximum occupancy 4 persons + 1 child in a portable cot. Cot and high chair available free of charge on request.
Check-in (příjezd) od 15:00h, dle předchozí domluvy s delegátem, který Vás na místě ubytuje.
Check-out (odjezd) do 10:00h, dle domluvy s delegátem na místě.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the entire property.
No parties or events of any kind are allowed in the property.
In case of loss or damage to keys/remote controls, a fee of €100/set will be charged.
In the event of excessive soiling of the apartment, an additional charge of €50 will be made.
